Extraction of Root Stumps and Placement of Zimmer TSV implants

A 32 years old Male with Class III profile wanted implant supported teeth in left lower second premolar and first molar region.The toot stumps were removed, Zimmer 3.7x10 and 4.1x10mm implants with cover screws were placed. Novabone putty and membrane were placed and suturing was done.

Given the patients dentition appears very good do you have an explanation for the carious roots-are these deciduous roots with congenitally absent permanent teeth?
Did you feel a membrane was unnecessary

1.These are roots of permanent teeth-second premolar and first molar. There can not be any deciduous roots in first molar region. 2. The patient is well aware about gradual deterioration of these teeth over the years to present condition. 3. Membrane was placed prior to suturing.
