A young female patient, 26 presented, first time in our office, asking for routinely hygiene.
The patient go to the dentist every 6 months.
Our Hygenist found PSR (Periodontal Screening and Recording) #4 and referred me for periodontal visit.
Whole mouth was well exept # 1.6 (#3) probe 8/9 mm
the x-ray showed bone difect due subgingival calculus .
We performed GBR due Papilla Preservation Technique whit xenograft and resorbable membrane.
The healing 3 months

Great point Gianni.

I would evaluate that open contact and opposing cusp causing possible food impaction. This could be local contributing factor to this isolated defect.
