40 years old female pt. having PFM anterior bridge with distally shifted upper central incisor , she can't afford dental implant and requested to have a better smile , the treatment plan was to submerge the shifted central incisor as the tooth position was wrong , the crown was cut under the gum line and CTG was placed over the root to increase the soft tissue thickness which was harvested from the palate . composite was used to seal the root from the crownal side . TEMP bridge was used to shape the gum ,( Garber Tech) . after healing new 6 unite zirconia bridge was fabricated with the right teeth proportion
