CTG from defects and inverse lingual flap for soft tissue enhacement

The same donor and recipient site to enhance soft tissue after extraction of implants with huge peri implant defects. Connective tissue grafts are non replaceable and often we can avoid an additional surgical site in order to harvest this valuable tissue.

Thank you my dear friend for taking your time to go through the case.
In the moment we start to look in adjacent area as a potential donor site, possibilities seem to be endless.
Thanks again and best regards
