Gums in the back of my mouth left side bottom have been hurting for a week.I've been taking aspirin and gurgling with salt water and peroxide and water but nothing has helped wit the pain. What should I do about this because I am really afraid of going to the dentist.

Sorry I just saw your question and I do understand your fear. However, a visit to a good general dentist will be painless because he or she will take xrays (painless) to determine the cause of your problem first. Chances are just a professional cleaning with the hygienist will make a huge difference and prevent the pain and cause of the discomfort from getting worse. So my advice is to take care of the problem before it gets much worse. the pain of neglect most times much worse than the cure.
