a young girl 19 years old
has a root remain tooth no' 25, chronic apical periodontitis tooth 26 (old root canal treatment) and what seems to be reactive sinusitis.
what is your treatment plan?
my plan was: extract 25 and let my endodontist redo root canal treatment on 26 and have a ct scan six monthes later.

Good plan. You may still need to drain sinus fluid before sinus graft.
