This is insurance based patient. He is 78 y.o has severe erosion and also a crossbite. I took Kois face analyzer, quick alginate impression, used old composites to wax up this case. I used Ministar to fabricate a template from Copyplast. I placed Teflon tapes on adjacent teeth and fabricate a composite stamps using Copyplast. The procedure to do the uppers took me 3 hours. Composite Empress Direct A4 mixed dentin and enamel. Gregory
