A 70-year-old woman who lost an implant came to the consultation for her replacement. Clinical and radiographic examination showed an underlying bone defect with collapse of the soft tissues. After performing the appropriate tests. It was decided to perform a bone regeneration with simultaneous placement of dental implant and connective tissue.

I await your doubts and comments.

Sincerely, Emilio
