Bone Grafting with Autogenous Plates at the time of "All on X" harvested from the "guided" bone reduction process in a extremely narrow ridge. Simultaneous FULLY Guided bone reduction, Narrow line Ritter Spiral Implants and Immediate Provisionalization accomplished at the same time as ridge augmentation utilizing bone harvested from reduction and mini-screws from Meisenger. PRGF and Fibrin utilized and closed with 4.0 Monoglyc absorbable monofilament sutures...my new favorite.

Excellent surgery and for sure the best service to the patient. It doesn’t get any better and more predictable than with a well planned surgical guide.
Narrow Ritter implants-what dimension do they have? Are the implants touching the plates?
Thank you for sharing!
Best regards and congratulations again on the very best XP Symposium!

Snjezana; Ritter Narrow line is 3.0mm and 3.3mm. These were 3.3mm. To my knowledge the only narrow implant line with FDA approved MUAs. We used 3.3mm in this case and yes, the plates are touching implant is some spots. Will keep you posted. Regards Maurice
