This case with an Atrophic Maxilla, the approach was with bone augmentation Steak Bone mix with A-PRF Liquid as Choukhroun New Protocol and A-PRF Membrane. One of the important thing was the big flawless without vertical incision, Flap Periosteum Brush and Apical Mattress suture, to create a flap tension free. We didn't use any collagen membrane, titanium mesh or bone lamina... Simonpieri in his lecture show and explain the periosteum treatment without any incision. The vascularity was maintained intact and the result are satisfactory. next step... implants placement and more Bone Augmentation to ensure enough buccal bone volumen.

Whatbone graft material was used here? Why did you not consider ridge split and expansion instead of onlay graft? Thanks for sharing. Dr. Salama

Thank you Maurice for the opportunity to share this case. The main reason for which Ridge Ridge was not made was because the ridge was very irregular in its buccal-lingual width and because it had to be regenerated in the extraction area of ​​the canine. It was decided to do the steak-bone technique used by Dr. Alain Simonpieri and his soft tissue brushing on the flap without vertical incisions. Decortication was not performed, a subject discussed previously. The time between the start and the cbct imagebes are 5 months.
