Bone augmentation with autogenous bone from mandible and cortico-cancellous particualate bone. cortical plate was placed to keep space and graft integrity. 6 months after graft, fixations screw were removed and implants placed.

allograft 50/50 non demineralized cotical/cancellous mixed with inyectable platelet rich fibrin and platelet rich fibrine membrane (sticky bone).
