Hello,

this upper premolar was treated by me in 2009. Now almost 3 years later it still looks good.
This was made in my "pre-microscope aera" .
It took me almost 3 years to get her for a recall.

Looks like a crutch.

Handfiles 06-010, Pathfiles, Protaper F2, WVC.

What is a "crutch" and why was the tooth not crowned?

Dear Dr. Salama,

I meant it looks like a walkin stick.
The case was referred to me in 2009. I recommended a crown for this tooth, but unfortunately the patient refused this .
