42 years old female presents 6 months after endodontic treatment of the upper left lateral
The patient reports symptoms of pain and discomfort. Imaging studies demonstrate the presence of a radiolucency consistent with a cyst
Root resection of the maxillary left lateral was preformed. Retrograde fill with MTA.
Cyst enucleation(with histopathology examination).
The bone defect was grafted with Augma Bond Apatite (2 cc) according to Augma bone cement protocols.
Minimal flap reflection, no membrane and flap closure by stretching under tension.
