This part show the removal of the ti mesh, and the provisional of the case. I think if i do again this case i would use other kind of implant/abutment conection, and in the expose of the implant i should do a CT graft to improve the thickness of the soft tissue, but with any case we learn. Regards

Great case!You say that you would to use other type of implant and connection...what connection have you used?what kind of problem have you found?thank you dr. Marco Berardini

Today i think the best type of connection are the morse tapper conection, like ankylos, less micromovement and microleakege, for this better sealing of the interface implant abutment and more predictable in the long term, more tissue around the neck and above, etc, i suggest you to check here in dental xp the lectures of Dr. Paul Weigl.
