An alternative method of restoring Nobel Procera Implant Bridges . This case was fabricated using Anaxdents Injection technique out of composite. A copy milled framework out of titanium was laminated using this technique . The framework was designed allowing only 2mm of space to inject the composite . Resulting in optimal strength and a reduced chance of fracturing compared to conventional acrylic hybrids .

I am interested in hearing more about the composite injection technique - are the teeth injected with white composite, and the pink layered over it? Or did you use acrylic teeth and inject pink composite resin? - Wendy

Wendy,
In this case no denture teeth were used . The composite was injected over a titanium framework. Using a clear flask ,I invested the wax up of the case with clear silicone , then injected the flowable composite material. This case is strictly made of two materials titanium and composite. Durability is a must and 2mm of composite bonded to titanium is incredibly strong. This technique saves time for the clinician and the technician. Lets also remember that the that the modulus of elasticity and the bending strength on the Mpa scale are very important in cases like these .
