Allergy related to implant abutment

Good afternoon! I want to reffer to you a case in which I placed an implant (Straumann Roxolid SLA Active RC) to a young male patient, smoker, without any significant afflictions. After the healing period, we placed a titanium abutment and a PMMA crown. After several weeks, signs of inflamation began to appear like swelling of lower and upper lips . I suspected this is an allergy and I removed the abutment and the crown and placed a healing cap. A week afterwards, I noticed the signes resigned. My question is how to repair the molar 3.6, and how to restore the papilla between the implant and the tooth.
Best regards, dr. Razvan Boberis!
