In Full Arch & Dentures
In this case periodontal disease + esthetic requirements we decide to sacrifice all the teeth and make some osteotomy to avoid the gummy smile, 2 hybrid inmediate loading prothesis was installed. and we leave only 4 molars to releaf the contact (2-15-18-31). The case its not finnish yet but we already can see the facial improvement. Regards Andres Paraud.
