In Implants
6 implants , three 3.8x15mm, three 3.8x12mm, in #21,22, 24,25,27,28 positions. Upper complete denture. Patient is average size 50 yr. female.
I would like to go fixed with 2 bi cantilever each side. Thoughts?

Biomechanics?? The length of distal cantilever. Brunski's studies have a formula. Certainly should be able to handle at least one cantilever pontic here. By the way, why not "all on 4" or in this case "all on 6" with angulated distal implants to maximize distal support for bridge.
