3D regenerative treatment of a referred bone graft failure (Buccal-palatal communication and 4,5 mm vertical defect) using 2 united non-resorbable titanium reinforced PTFE membranes and autogenous particulated bone graft from the chin (70 %) mixed with bovine hydroxilapatite (30 %). Reentry 1 year later and implants placement + connective tissue graft.
