I have seen this patient for a few years and perio has stabilized.

Can Ortho be done to improve the #8,9 papillas by intruding? or is there another ortho therapy.

are CT grafts recommended for #3,14?

Thank you,

Jason

Jason; This is an occlusal issue. Check bite. Place on appliance therapy. Occlusal adjustment as needed and long time commitment to nightguard. During appliance therapy, OHI and quadrant scaling and root planing/perio therapy. ONLY then, re-eval and CTG molars. No, intrusion will not help central incisor mucogingival defects. Good luck Dr. Salama

Whilst I can see occlusal issues I wonder whether this could not be classic juvenile periodontitis?
